• We needed somewhere to hang our insurance license to stay TDI-compliant, but every option wanted around $900 a month for office space we didn’t need. We fixed that.
• Every “professional” option in town either locked us into a 12-month lease, charged enterprise prices for amenities we didn’t need, or felt corporate and cold.
• We kept asking the same question: why isn’t there a real, affordable, professional workspace for the businesses that actually run this area? So we built it.
